Urgent Repairs

In the case of a repair that is urgent as per the Residential Tenancy Agreement, you may contact us immediately. If these repairs are outside of business hours, you may contact the trades people on the lease directly.
Urgent repairs are as follows:

  • A burst water service, or
  • A blocked or broken lavatory system, or
  • A serious roof leak, or
  • A gas leak, or
  • A dangerous electrical fault, or
  • Flooding or serious flood damage, or
  • Serious storm or fire damage, or
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises, or
  • A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the premises for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering, or
  • Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or not secure
