In regards to keys we are required to keep a set of keys to each of our properties at our office for the purpose of an emergency.
If however you lock yourself out of your property, you are more than welcome to use our set of keys, this however can only happen during our business hours. You will need to organise the pick of the keys from our office (we do not drop off keys), you will need to leave a $50.00 deposit that will be given back when the keys are dropped off. If someone other than a person on the lease is picking the keys up on your behalf, we will need written authority from a lease holder, they will also need to provide 1 form of ID and leave a deposit.
