Please note, as per your lease agreement locks are not be changed without permission from the agent. This needs to be done in writing and once permission has been granted, locks can then be changed at the tenants expense, a copy of the new key must be sent to our office within 48 hours.
If a security key/device is lost you may need to organise replacement and payment through the strata agent of your complex.
